Deposit & cancellation policy:

• A $200 Booking Deposit secures your appointment with Dr. Stanes and can be used for any future treatment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you don’t provide sufficient notice, or ‘no-show’, you will forfeit your Booking Deposit if we hold one on file, and be required to pay a Booking Deposit for your next appointment, regardless of the clinician you book with.
