Booking deposits & cancellation fees: All bookings with Dr. Stanes require a $200 deposit. It is not refundable after your appointment, but is redeemable against treatment costs. If you do not have treatment, it will stay on your account as credit.

Cancellation, reschedules and no shows: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit or be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
