Appointment Descriptions & Deposit/Cancellation Policies:
Consultations are free for all guests.
Initial Appointments with Dr. Stanes require a $200 Booking Deposit to secure. The deposit is:
- Refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Non-refundable if you attend your appointment.
- Applies to the cost of treatment on the day, or in future if you only have a consultation.
In essence, the $200 is not a Consultation Fee, it is a deposit that becomes a treatment credit once you attend your appointment.
Booking Deposits are not required.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes/cancellations.
Late changes or ‘no-shows’ will result in forfeiting your Booking Deposit.
If you didn’t pay a deposit, a Cancellation Fee will apply:
- Dr. Aaron Stanes: $200
- Other clinicians: $50
