Why is my face uneven?
An uneven face is natural, and related to the way our face develops in utero. Some people naturally have more symmetrical faces than others, while others have significant asymmetry that can make them feel self-conscious. A number of things can make facial asymmetry worse, such as smoking, injury and ageing, as can certain medical conditions like Bell’s palsy. The number one cause of facial asymmetry aside from genetics is which side you chew on. This changes the position of your jaw, and makes one side of your face more muscular than the other.
The only natural way to improve facial symmetry is to try and chew using both side of your jaw. By looking after your skin and overall health, you can also slow down the progression of facial asymmetry that occurs with age.
Why is my jaw uneven?
Everyone has an uneven jaw because the prefer to chew on one side of their face. This causes an enlargement of the chewing muscles of mastication (mainly the temporalis and masseter muscles), which can slowly adjust the position of your jaw bone. You can naturally improve jaw asymmetry by chewing on both side of your jaw. Why are my lips uneven?

How dermal fillers help with face symmetry
Dermal fillers can achieve significant improvements in facial symmetry. Dermal fillers add structural volume enabling us to reshape facial features. Muscle-slimming injections (the same product used for anti-wrinkle injections) can be administered to the masseter muscles along the jawline or the temporalis muscles in the temples. What does a symmetrical face look like?
