Hi, I’m Sophie Tarr, a Cosmetic Registered Nurse known for a meticulous, safety-first approach to facial aesthetics. I believe exceptional care comes from looking at your appearance as a whole, tailoring non-surgical plans that support your structure while helping you feel great about the way you look.

My clinical path began with a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington before I followed my calling into medicine, earning my Bachelor of Nursing at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. I built a strong foundation in emergency departments across Australia and New Zealand, mastering high-pressure clinical assessment and patient safety. Transitioning into private dermatology and aesthetic practice deepened my understanding of skin health, anatomy, and procedural precision. Today, I combine these dual backgrounds to deliver carefully measured treatments focused on facial balance and skin health.

For me, cosmetic medicine is elective, which means your safety and peace of mind must always come first. I view our initial consultation as the foundation of your care. I take the time to explore not just what you want to address, but why it matters to you. I measure your facial proportions thoroughly and will always be completely honest about what will, and won’t, benefit you. If a requested treatment isn’t clinically appropriate, I am comfortable saying no. My goal is to ensure you feel completely heard, educated, and excited before taking any steps forward.

Originally from a small town on the East Coast of New Zealand, I trained as a dancer for 18 years before committing to my clinical career. Now living in Sydney, I love spending my weekends outdoors, exercising, cooking for friends, and planning my next travel adventure.
